Digital Products & Delivery
All products offered by Mystaprints are digital downloads (printable PDFs). No physical goods are sold or shipped.
After purchase, access to your digital files is provided electronically via Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record.
You will receive an order confirmation and download access by email from Lemon Squeezy.
If you have not received this within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact Mystaprints@gmail.com with your name and order details.

Because only digital products are offered, no parcels are shipped, no delivery times or tracking numbers apply, and no customs or postal services are involved.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer rights legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
However, by completing the purchase you explicitly request immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost once the download or access has been provided.

Technical Issues
If you experience problems accessing or downloading your files, or if a file is defective or incomplete, please contact Mystaprints@gmail.com
We will provide assistance and where appropriate a replacement file or other solution.

Refund requests are handled through Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their refund procedures and applicable EU consumer law.
